List your part numbers
Sit down and record the manufacturer part numbers and quantities — a simple spreadsheet is perfect — then email the list to Quanta Source.
STEP 03
Receive your quotation
We review the list and reply with a clear, itemised offer for the parts we can buy. No obligation, no pressure.
STEP 04
Photograph your stock
A few quick photos of the pallet — labels, packaging, date codes — is all we need. Nothing to unpack, nothing to move.
STEP 05
Send the photos over
Email the photos back to Quanta Source and we'll confirm everything matches the quotation.
STEP 06
Paperwork made simple
We exchange the sales paperwork by email — a straightforward agreement covering the parts, the price, and collection.
STEP 07
Get paid
Payment for the goods lands directly in your company account — typically before the stock leaves your building.
STEP 08
We arrange collection
Quanta Source books and pays for the courier. When the van arrives, you simply hand over the boxes.

Cash in, space back
